None, as when I set my mind on something I do it. It's that simple.

Why go from M8000 to M90””? That big of a difference? (I’m debating winches myself. Cost/ benefit thing)

I was wondering that as well. Did you run into an issue with the 8k?

Zero issues with the M8000. I just found a screaming deal on a M9000 winch and couldn't pass it up. The M9000 is also newer, so thats a plus too, not that age is a much of a factor.

I'm a bit of a winch whore. I tend to collect and restore them.

Here's an 80's M8000 that I restored. Actually made a profit on this one... bought for $60 nonfunctional and restored to better than new (IMO)

Nice job on the restoration, the new labels/decals are a nice finishing touch.

Does my uninstalled driver side grab handle, which is currently road tripping to OR and back, count?

Otherwise, I want to fabricate a metal or composite guard for the lower edge of the slider window on my drivers side of my ARE shell so that double and triple stacked bins don't jam into the screen when they get jostled around. I’ve had the idea for about three months but am idle and lazy.

Thanks! I worked with a Warn representative to source parts and information for this particular model. He sent me the replacement decals for free. Jjst based on their customer service, I'm a Warn customer for life.

I'm in the same boat, well, at least my grab handle was...

Nope, it's gotta be in your possession before it qualifies... but if you get it and don't install it right away, be prepared for me to mock you. ;)

I'm relatively new to the site. I recently purchased my first Tacoma a few months back, a barcelona red 2020 V6 4x4 SR. I'm being offered the suspension off of a 2021 TRD Offroad for $500 that has less than 100 miles. Can you advise if it's a good deal and with the photo uploaded is it the complete suspension or is it missing any parts. Also, would it give my SR a lift or would my truck remain the same?

That's the complete suspension... more than you need. UCAs are the same and I think the rear leafs are too.

$500 is WAY over priced. I gave mine away for free with very low miles. I wouldn't pay over $300 for all of that.

When I pull out my M8000, it'll be going up for sale. However, @WrecklessAbandon has first dibs and there's no timeline currently.

I'm always combing CL, offer up and Facebook for potential reatoration projects, but its been slim picking lately.
