6 months in waiting has now got me thinking mods already, looking for non-warranty killing mods that should or could be done as soon as i get it. thinking AC drain, and rust checking as in Ontario and salt, also weathertech mats. any ideas would help with the wait

    In no particular order …
    -OEM bed mat
    -CAT shield
    -Screen Protech
-Tailgate safety if you think you might forget to lock it (either anti theft device and/or wiring to lock it with doors via FOB)

Mine came with all weather floor mats and door sill protectors. I have 30 other suggestions but I’d put these high. You can search and find threads on each of these.

I’ll just share what I’m saving for:

    ‘23 Sr DBCB 4x4 v6

Headstrong 3 leaf AAL- stock leafs are mashed potatoes

    Bilstein 5100s

Timbren SES Tortun4L or black sumosprings with spacers

Just the TRD grill to drop the sensor to correct height

Love everything about the truck except the suspension- didn’t want to pay the TRD price tag so I’m doing the above for about $1500, MSRP mine in Jan 36k

I have the headstrong 3 leaf AAL. If you plan on having any static load in the bed of your truck, I probably could not recommend them. I would just save your money towards a full leaf pack replacement.

I have a timbren off road bump stop and u bolt flip kit which is awesome and definitely recommend. Good luck with your build.

will be doing suspension, likely in 2 years after burn through the warranty, as i got burnt on my 2010 with the frame recall, as I had icons on it and they would not swap it if it did not go back to factory
