That, and why is jaw surgery planned out a year in advance? Get that shit taken care of now. Sounds fishy, or it sounds like a cry for attention. Unsubscribed.

Its not like I'm spending the year to plan two weeks of my life, I'm just saying I have a year two plan that two weeks out, and what is wrong with that anyway?

The dentist said I have an incorrect bite so they are going to give me braces for a year to realign my teeth so the teeth will be correct with the new bite after the surgery. Still sound fishy or do you want even more information?

That's not jaw surgery. That's just getting braces.

Still, if you can't plan your time and mods within the next year, especially with the fantastic search capabilities of this site and Google, you might want to check your priorities.

I'll say this again I'm getting braces to realign my teeth for the new bite after the surgery. The surgery will consist of them breaking my jaw and cutting it to put in steel plates as spacers.

Well why didn't you say so in the first place.

Good luck finding mods. I'm not wasting my time on this. If you can't figure out what to do with your own truck that are considered easy mods, maybe you should just have someone do the work for you.

I get your point, but instead of spending several hours on Google I figured it would be easier and more helpful to get some input, have a good day

Or spend 5 minutes here on TW and search the easy mods category. It's even stickied.

That is very clean, I was looking at upgrading my radio in my 09 Prerunner. I assume that it would be the same fit.

Did you wire it so when you put the truck in reverse it automatically comes on or do you manually select the camera view.

Yes it will, I couldnt be happier with it, very easy DIY took about 2 hours and I was going very very slow. For the money it is probably my favorite mod so far.

Thanks man, I have limited skills when it comes to things electronic but I assume it's pretty easy to hook up. Like I said, that looks very clean

With the head unit I bought there is a dedicated wire coming out of the back for the reverse sensor, I believe that you just connect this wire to the reverse lights + or - to get the signal, so when you put it in reverse and the reverse lights come on, the rear camera automatically comes on the screen. I just got the camera in mail today so will be installing it when my steering wheel controls come in so I can do it all at once.

Thanks when you install it you should give me a couple of tips, if there are any.

Edit: I read how to install it in the manual a couple months ago so don't quote me on this but I believe there is a pink or purple wire for the reverse
