did the 15s have any clearance issues around the front calipers? ive considered getting a 15" for a spare. Also where did you mount your ultragauge?

No issues with clearance. I got lucky with the wheels because they just barely clear the calipers and they are hub centric.

As for the ultra guage... Right now I have it on top of the steering column but gonna move it to the windshield right next to the driver side pillar.

I am running 15's but I don't like them at all. They were on my dads 67 F-100 but he got new tires so I took his old setup so I could try it out. I got rid of my 255/85/16 Cooper ST's because they were blemished and the daily driving was so bumpy. I could never get the tires balanced properly (it wasn't the wheels). Anyway I thought I wanted to go with 33x12.5x15's and have the tires stick out of the wheel well a little. But after having my dad's old tires on (285/70/15's) I realized I like my old stance better. So now I'm going back to 255/85/16's once money allows. Also I want to get some of those TRD baja wheels (pic below). Maybe I'll get some spider trax wheel spacers to push the 255's out just a tad.

As for the ultra guage. I'm gonna order a window mount and put it on the driver side windshield. I've tried so many spots with just the Velcro and I don't like any of them except for that windshield spot.

Moved the adjustable shackles from 1" to 1.5"
Now sits slightly rear high :)

    Thanks Skeet
I love the topper for its purpose. As for the look, I have grown to like it but I still think the Bestop looks better

Moe truck is looking good man with the new set up u have. those wheel and tire combos r sick. how u likein puttin the rear at 1.5". i think it looks a lot better imo thats why i went ahead and put mine at 1.5 cause when ur pulling trailers u want be squatting as bad. trucks commin along nicely though!!! now im thinkin about a rear plate bumper with a tire swing out like boxrocket, greenchilie, others on here. likin the looks of em.

Yeah a rear bumper w/ swing out would be nice. I have a relentless DIY bumper on order so hopefully I will have a new bumper on soon. My plan is tol learn how to weld, then tackle the front bumper. After I hope to be able to fab up my own rear bumper w/ swing out and skids. All the fab work that all my wanted mods would take is gonna cost me way too much $ that I don't have. So I figure if I learn to weld maybe I'll save some $ and learn a geat skill along the way.

Yeah that's what I figure, but it'll save me money in the long run as in rear bumper/ skids and upgrades I may want to make at some point. Out of all the stuff I have planned there's lots of welding involved. Since it costs so much to pay someone to do it, hopefully I'll save on that.

Welding the bumper today... I'm horrible when it comes to taking pics but here's a couple of fitment. Also, the bumper pieces I received didn't match anyone else's relentless DIY bumper that I've seen recently. Anyway I'm making due with what I have.adytaryp_7ea4b1980d0e4f6ec661b1c7f5c6a04f0ebeb725.jpg
