Just throwing this out there! Sorry for late notice. Myself, Lee Surfnmoto, and his Jeep buddy are doing the Mojave trail this upcoming weekend. Leaving on Friday morning and coming home Sunday. If anyone would like to join we'd love to have a few more. Let me know!

We have stock guys going and trucks to help if any of us get in a pickle haha. You'd be fine. Starting at Afton Canyon Road.

It's not getting stuck I'm worried about, need new tires. I got a flat after glamis last weekend so I have no spare, need to remount glass, just put a new brake booster in and need to adjust the rod length... Probably a few other things...

If I get my shoes this week I'm down to go, im driving on a cracked out spare now lol..

Did part of the trail in September but had to get off of it because of all the flash flooding that happened with Hurricane Norbert. Heck yeah man go get some new tires and roll with us!

Good luck on the trip guys.. wish i could do it with you.. Hope the little rain we got last weekend will help with the dust.. You should leave a little earlier and hit up the section from camp caddy to afton canyon.. its soft and sandy but its a cool section of the trail that usually gets forgotten about... most people start/stop at afton....

Dude it was awesome! Great trip! Had an amazing time. Had a few setbacks but it wasn't too bad. Went to do some donuts on soda lake and popped the bead on my passenger front tire haha. So had a to fix that. But other than that it was smooth sailing. Enjoyed the trail and the stuff along the way very much. Camping was great, shooting guns was great, everything was great.

I'll post more pics and a few go pro videos when I get all settled back at home and am able to go through the stuff.

More photos! How low was the crossing?

See al the sites? I think it would be rad to do it west to east and finish in Vegas for a night there

Definitely more pics coming from Lee (surfnmoto2). He's an awesome photographer! The crossing was actually a decent depth. About 2.5 to 3 feet deep. Yeah we saw a lot. The Mojave mail box, travelers monument, penny can tree, the busted up bus. It was fun! Yeah man id definitely be down. Lee and I were talking about doing the trail again maybe in spring next year.

Thats usually the direction we go, and we sometimes stay in Laughlin when we make it through and if you like to take your pet along for the ride the Pioneer is pet friendly !

The only thing that might be considered difficult about the mojave trail would be the length.... Do you ever watch the american Top Gear? there was an episode where they went offroad and ended up north of las vegas... Some of the trails they were on in the episode looked pretty sweet. i would like to figure out their route and try to follow that some time.
