I'm ready to hit the Mojave Trail again while the temps are still bearable out there.

I plan on leaving Fri night or early Sat morning from San Marcos. I plan on making camp in one of the many camping sites along the trail.

My intent is to do most if not the entire trail. I'm looking to have fun and get my truck home in one piece.

Is there any interest from the So Cal crew?

I have the Mojave Road guidebook that I used last time. It's awesome and breaks down the trail into sections.

I will probably camp Fri night at the south end of the Mojave Trail. When I get time I will post more information.

Dude you don't have to be 4x4 to hit the dirt. Just take another truck with you and a tow strap.

I'm headed out to the Mojave Trail Sunday morning and I'm planning on running the whole thing from south to north. Wish me luck!

Have fun out there! I do exactly that. I keep the tow strap behind the front seat.
