    I'm working on moving too - for the 4th time this year :annoyed:

    We had 6-8" fall last night and the temps are about to go below zero. I'm not looking forward to moving in those conditions.

    Still took my coat off a lot though. Got too hot carrying furniture.

    So far so good. Just went over 500 miles on it today. Rides great and the engine / tranny is as smooth as I've ever felt. Just a great combo. Again my son drove it tonight and he too is really, really impressed.

    I picked up a ton of pellets, rode around town for about 20 miles on some errands, then headed for home to North Hills. You can tell there was 2,000lbs back there but the truck hauled it with ease- no sweat.
    Honestly there is not much to lose mpg wise with the 6.2, and if you can find one at a good price- I'd opt for that over the 5.3. You get quite a bit of a jump in performance between those two.

    The only thing that is a bit irksome is an occasional hard bump on the front right suspension when the suspension load/unloads. And there is a serious rake to the front vs. the back- like 3" or more. The rake is all aerodynamics to meet EPA regs, so I may add the Bilstein 5100's up front to lift it 1.75" take about half that rake out.

    Glad to hear that. Always nice to hear unbiased information on it. The GMC/Chevy is still winning in my book, partially just from the huge cost savings over the f150.
