    Yep, I start back up Monday. I've had a great break. I really missed the South :eek: But I'm ready for Spring in Montana. Hope y'all have been well. I hope my truck starts up after more than a month of sitting! If I can find it...Might be covered in snow

    At least you won't be wandering the lot trying to figure out which lump of snow is concealing your truck. Had to do that once in AK...out of town one weekend, in the hotel lot and I couldn't remember where Subie was...

    and I've been good...just getting cabin fever this time of year.

    Must not have a lot of ice? Mine aren't doing great even on like an inch or less of hard packed snow. Well...in 2wd anyways..

    Also...90 miles!...on a half a tank :eek:....gonna be a new all time low i think..

    The arm is healing good, I can lift four hole pounds with that arm now:cool:

    Ben a twelve thousand dollar surgery is not worth throwing down the tubes for a bumper, thats what friends are for:)

    so for supre and mtgirl and who ever else i am looking into new tires, science the stock ones suck, i am torn between km2's or the duratracks, really wanted the grneral red labels but dont think they would do to good up here v.s cali. i have read all the reviewn between them and it seems 50 - 50, lisa,l is there any way i could look at yours first? i have seen tons of pics but kinda want to see or ride on a set before i dump a grant on a set?

    Please for the sake of me invest in some punctuation lol. I have the Cooper Discoverer S/T tires and they are a pile of shit... lisas truck seems to do well. Any tread that is wide and deep will not do very well on ice. Duratracs have a nice contact patch as well as some decent tread. I would classify them as one of if not the best tire for winter as well as some offroading.

    But no, I have not been in a vehicle with km2s at all. I am sure that they are damn good, but on ice the best contact surface mixed with the best ability to clear out what's jammed in the tire makes for the best performer on ice... I am a believer in siping after doing that to my car. My next set of winter tires will be siped

    sorry about spelling, but i guess you understood it :), i have a set of 37's km2's on my blazer but have never driven it in snow or ice, other that that i love them, does sipping really do that much? and what about when summer comes with the sipped tires?
