just drove over flathead pass. I've driven it a bunch but haven't explored too many of the side trails. Any one have experience with them? Good, bad, worth trying? I've done some around there that were just scary steep and loose.

    Lots of rust
I have spent some time up there this summer. A few of the side trails are fun. One or two loop around and there are some logging roads on the north side that can be interesting. The road at the very top that goes north along the ridge dead ends but is still worth driving up. And Johnson canyon has some side trails that can keep you busy for a day

Attention all Bozeman area Tacos...I have a recon mission for you! Keep an eye out for a jade green 1st gen with really weird looking fender flares. If you see it try and get a closer look at it for me. Curious to see what they are how they are installed. I think they are Jungle Flares (Taco photos start around page 4 of the gallery) - http://www.junglefenderflares.com/gallery.htm
    - but can't be sure. I was thinking of getting these for my truck (instead of Bushwackers) but want to see them up close. I was out today and the truck passed me, only seen it one other time, and I couldn't get a good look.

Its been quieter than a morgue in here...

Do my new bolts count as a mod? :notsure:

Got a new air filter too...K&N drop in. Had to get rid of the 3 pounds of dust I was carrying around in the old filter. Thought this would be a better option.

    Because I've been MIA.:(

Think that's better than the fix the chipped windshield mod I had done today.

Good choice. I got a little better mileage on the highway, but a bit worse in town. But I think that's my fault.

Well Tony, school has been alright. The grind ya know? Only thing I have done as far as mods since I last seen you would be in dash nav/DVD unit, the lights up front, I'm working on making my clock blue right now, and I just picked up an ultragauge, though I haven't gotten it in yet... Also, interview tomorrow that I'm starting to get nervous for. AHH! Been going through application process since January, and it all comes down to a 2 hour assessment at 7 tomorrow morning....

I was cutting wheat for a month. Now I'm moving, but not too far... will have to switch everything over to Idaho now.

    Thanks Tony!

Its not squeaks... it's more like you can hear the metal grinding together... More like crunching? Little squeaks though as well, of course.
