Well then..this opens up more possibilities...back to the drawing board.

Me too!. Together we have a fighting chance!

And back to being a mild annoyance with no real chance.

Was able to float the Missouri for the first time over the weekend. No luck fishing, but we were so happy to be out that we weren't trying extremely hard. Spring is almost here!

any possibly interesting in a decent Wildernest topper?

I have one. Not sure i'll want to keep it. Going to try it first but I already think it won't fit my style. Its in decent shape for its age but could use a little love to make it last forever. Mainly the rear door needs some love. But all the glass and even the canvas is in good shape.

Just planting the seed to give you all first dibs if i put it up for sale.

Well, I think I've got my CVT tent sold as long as the buyer doesn't back out tonight. Now to figure out which way I want to go for a replacement (and how to afford it)

I tried last fall over a month and gave up but winter didn't help that. I posted mine at lunch yesterday and got an offer within $100 of my asking price. It's a lot easier here than when I lived in Oregon and was 3 hours away from the manufacturer...

@90yota I sold it cause I'm tired of the soft shell tent style. My wife loves the annex portion of it, but man it's a pain when you move every day. Really want a hardshell that I can pop open and closed quickly. Was planning on jumping in on the chandlerdoom group buy, but I didn't read through the thread enough to notice the list in the OP was out of date and it's full.

My top option if I could afford it would be that Vagabond camper that Iggy and his group put together, but I probably need to prioritize a house over that haha. May end up just ground tent camping it for a summer and seeing what I can do next year.

Have you looked at the GFC camper? they are made in Bozeman: https://www.gofastcampers.com/

    thread here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/hondo-garages-new-thing.516490/

Not sure what Iggy's will cost..but you'd have local support and all that. Plus its not too expensive all things considered.

Saw the GFC, and hated the way it looked in the original pictures, so I stopped following the thread haha. Looking at some of the more recent ones, it does look a bit better. I'll have to research it some more.
