I just drove from Helena to Deerlodge on all dirt roads. There is very little snow. But you could hit a drift here and there still.

Are you talking about the big chunk of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest near Radersburg? Looks pretty sweet.

Has anyone seen the Sherpa Trailers up close and personal? They are built in Libby. Looking at buying one.

Yeah I guess I am. I can never remember the names of places. Names always escape me. ;)

There's an old mining town back there called "Comet" too. It's a neat stop.

I did see one two years ago when they were just starting out. Seemed to be a solid option. Was wishing we'd had one right then as we were on a 16 day moose hunt! Seemed to be well built and pretty burly.

Hi all new member here. I’m actually a 4th gen 4runner guy. Tried checking on T4R but the region seems to be dead on the forum. Figured I’d have better luck here and maybe the fj forum. Central to Billings. Just moved here a month ago so I’m looking for some people to meet up with to hit some trails. I’ve been wheelin before. Used to own a 93 4runner with a 3 inch lift on 33x12.5 bfgs. Never got around to a straight axle swap but did gear to 4.88 and locking hubs other than the stock auto ones. I have a new baby on the way so I had to get something with more space. And figured I’d get the best of both worlds with comfort and off-road ability. Anyways lookin forward to being active on the forum!

@M1Awolf went up to neihart where we went last year. Went up about half mile and turned around. The wet weather made it so slippery. I wasnt going to risk sliding off the mountain.

Welcome! Our esteemed moderator, Lisa, is a 4R person. I try to keep my oldest son's 2000 4R running along with four other Toys including my stock Taco. Point is that you are in good company.
