Here's the deer strike. If you watch the slow motion very closely it looks like it may have been a little buck. Very hard to tell. You can see the ears and a blur in front of them that looks like small antlers growing?

it won't fair any better that what his did. Actually i'll do worse as its only 1/8'' plate and designed to crumple to set off the airbags.

Would not recommend that option for battling bambi.

    Plus it looks terrible.

Might want to check with your ins. co. Comp claims should not be any reason to drop or increase rates. If so, get some of your money in back.

My manufacturer is out of business though...

Jerry at BAMF is probably a good alternative.

...The wet and cold continued all night - or rather, the wet continued and the cold got colder! We awoke, just after 8:00am to a dusting of snow spread across camp and our trucks, and several inches on the surrounding mountains.

"Welcome to Montana guys!" Monte said as he climbed out of his tent...

...Now mid-afternoon, we continued up Big Pryor mountain, through gates and across grassy hillsides. We reveled in the beauty and the took in the views as we climbed, the white clouds and blue skies contrasting so nicely with the golden-green of the landscape. This truly was what we were hoping for on the Re-Tour.

Who did you use if you don't mind me asking? I think my parents are going to drive it out end of this month so they can see their grand kid. I was budgeting around $900-1000 for them to drive out with hotel rooms and gas.

This was about 2 years ago, I used uship.com and they connected me with several individual companies that transport cars FL->MT. Make sure to give them a junk email address since there will be like 20 companies calling and emailing over the following 2-3 days. They were basically a broker for auto transport. I chose one based on my own google mini-investigation. a guy showed up at the pick up date and time with a clipboard. It felt a little scketchy handing my keys and 1/2 the $$ to a Russian dude who claimed to be an auto mover (arrived on foot to my house, claimed truck was too big). 2 days later I had the car on my driveway in MT (another Russian dude dropped it off). Odometer basically unchanged. Car in perfect condition. Paid ~1200 for a sedan transport. Drove the taco cross country. Ain’t no body touching my baby.

I would love to fly down and drive it back myself. Working 55-60 hour work weeks doesn’t allow me to do that though. It’s a 2450 mile trip back. Luckily my dad has a job where he works 7 days and then has 7 days off.
