@YumaTRD @Prayn4surf @JoBroTACO and I did 166 miles of dirt in Baja in one day. :headbang:
Would never do it again though. Was a very exhausting day. Haha.

I think there’s a slight difference in that comparison but you’re not wrong.

oh wow. I guess it would be a long day, the GPS track says its like 90 miles...I don't know the trail, but figured that its ambitious to run that in one day if its a large group with varying abilities.

For me personally I have no issues doing an all day trip like that. Honestly when I first threw the route out there to see if anyone was interested I was expecting maybe 2-3 people to join but now we're up to like 20 people lol Given some are tentative but still. In light of this, I might put a poll up to see who wants to cut the route off at the end of Indian Flats. That way we can take our time and stop for pics/sightsee/etc. And food. Bring snacks

IMO the route seems fine, an all day excursion but that sounds fun. It's the transit to/from that kills it - but that's cause I'm coming from far away. It's a 1.5-2.5hr drive for me to get out there and probably a 3-4hr drive to get home all depending on traffic. Luckily, I have family in Temecula so I could probably crash there Fri and/or Sat night.

3yrs ago we went out to Borrego Springs and there was so much traffic for the "super bloom" it took us something like 5-6hrs to get home. Some of the worst traffic I've ever seen. That was kind of special circumstances though.

I hear that! So far it does not look like we're getting a super bloom this year though.

Do you guys think a stock 2WD rig will be okay on that @CaliRaisedLed run? I live 1 minute from their location. It would be awesome to meet up.
