what trail is it that's outside of Blythe? My Father in Law lives out there, and he's into Off-Roading as well. If there's good trails, that's something we could explore in our trucks when we go out to visit

Seriously, woke up this AM to our town blanketed in soot from the fire that happened last month cause the wind blew it all off the mountain.

Also heard a few semis toppled over near the 210/15 interchange where the wind is always bad

Yeah it’s supposed to back tomorrow around 2pm. Can’t stand that weather.

As far as wheeling goes, it’s the season for repairs. Truck has 136k on it, gotta find a day to knock these things off the list:
    -lower control arms
    -inner tie rods
    -outer tie rods
    -driver side CV
    -radiator support bushings.
She might drive a whole lot better after all’s said and done.

It’s just getting to wheeling season, you can finally visit places and not catch on fire immediately.

I agree wheeling season is upon us, but I also consider cool weather to be repair weather as well...especially with only a driveway (no garage) I can't stand working on the truck in summertime. Unless it's an unusually cool day, usually around June is the last of those

I always hold out hope for it though :( Despite 18 years of Socal experience lol

Although Jan - March the weather is usually about perfect for offroading, 60s-70s with cloud cover. Snow in the mountains. The best
