moog balljoint press install

sup! quick question for anyone on oahu who's had to get some balljoints pressed into control arms (upper/lower, djm)... where'd u go, what was da price, how quick was it, etc... finally got around to pickin up my djm kit and moog's for my XR, and wanna kno whas a good way to get all of dis done... any help appreciated, mahalos

The trick is getting the old ball joints out . re-installation can be done with a gentle tapping and some lubrication . Emery cloth , 16 ounce ball peen and a chunk of wooden 2x4 .

im not taking any old ones out, i scooped new balljoints along with new control arms, just gotta have da new ones pressed in. i seen some crazy quotes / prices people got, so tryna weigh some options

 

near the airport. probably take a few minutes on the big press.

^i can as soon as all da stuff comes in. still being shipped over. alls i kno is its moog upper/lower joints both sides going into djm 3" drop arms upper/lower both sides... lol. as soon as da stuff comes i'll hit u up... lemme kno wat kinda brewsky u enjoy and ill throw that in too haha
