moon roof

howdy I have 08 tacoma double cab. but I'm missing moon roof, Tucson az is home summer is 8 months long. since I'm an old fart on a hot day the cold air starts to put me to sleep or the bones start aching. I need a moon roof. since the cabs seem the same year to year is it possible to transplant moon roof? thx gil

 

Yes it is possible. Installed a inalfa 925 power moonroof on my 2012 Tacoma when I had it. Just check with local install dealers in your area

 

Finding a moonroof is going to be a bear, I've been looking for a few years. There are no more US-based manufacturers, and the new old stock is long dried up. You're looking at a one-off import or salvaging one from an existing vehicle, both of which are $$$ and/or extremely labor intensive.

Even the donk and lowrider guys are chopping them out of junk cars these days.

the new Tacoma's wow what price tag, 3.5 v6 what hp that's a step back, black interior, a radio that doesn't play cd's
