fixed the front end popping I was getting.. just needed to torque the lowers more.
fixed my B pillar rattle.. expanding foam + rubber mallet FTW!

truck is drivin and soundin great! minus the possible issue with the torque converter. going by a Trans shop tomorrow to get their opinion one last time before I pull the trigger on a reman'd converter and drop the tranny.. again..

have some more goodies comin up as well. Camp gear, custom aluminum RTT mounts, custom bed bars from Quintin, mounting the RTT, and some other small things.

    Lol

Nothing wrong with it! And you get to build them so that's cool. It's just funny that a lot of TW people (RTT thread) are so concerned with their tent falling off. It's the only place I have ever seen it come up. My lame $2 straps have been great so far. My tent is much higher then people's here and I have broken many branches and wheeled hard with it up there and it hasn't budged. Maybe I'll do something fancy if I buy a low pro rack for the fj.

Yeah, heading to Sierra Expeditions in a bit to get pricing. Have to do brakes also. The fj needs a full weekend of prep. Flatten my tcase skid because I bent the fuck out of it and my exhaust is rubbing it, brakes, tires, and bolt check and Teflon lube. Plus a wash and wax.

Time consuming. Tomorrow is my only free day for the next 2 weeks. So if I don't drink too much later I'll try to knock some of it out tomorrow.

I've looked at those lifts too josh. The only down side is that it won't lower all the way to the floor in the garage. If that makes sense haha.

Don't you just need it to lower down to the level of the bed bars?

Not if you wanted to drop it down to move it around, or if you wanted to take it off the lift. Know what I mean? Hard to explain, not a huge deal, I guess I would use it more to get it off my truck, then to store it if that makes sense

a buddy of mine came up with a great idea for his shifter carts. Basically the same thing, but added an electric winch from harbor freight. Super slight setup. He has a lot of toys, so he needs all the room he can get in his garage.
