More BlueTooth Issues

When I purchased my 2017, the young salesman paired both mine and my wife’s iPhones to my hands free system. Things worked very well for several months but then although I could talk hands free I lost the Contacts and Call History parts of the phone on my truck.
When I went in for my 15000 mile service today I mentioned this to the service rep and all they wound up doing in trying to correct the problem, was deleting both phones from the truck and now I have no hands free at all. They claimed it was an iPhone issue, but I’m not buying that.
When I try to connect either phone now, I simply get a message on the phone that says “make sure Tacoma is in range and on”.
I’m more than a little annoyed at what I thought was a great Toyota Service Center.
Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know of a fix short of trying another Toyota Dealer?

Disregard everyone. I got a young kid in my neighborhood to fix this issue. Toyota couldn’t but a 15 year old could. Sort of a Control-Alt-Delete issue. He deleted everything on the phone and the truck and reinstalled things.
I apologize for whining. All good in NJ again now.
