Anything more than 3 inches you'll have to do a drop bracket lift or body lift

    He's a pre-runner.

Spindles. Sky's the limit for you. I'm sure another prerunner will chime in. Maybe change your title to More lift on pre-runner to get people in

If the rough country lift has stock spindles, then yes lift spindles will get you 4” more lift.

But I truly don’t know what is all in the rough country lift and what’s possibly unless I see a picture or a link to the kit.

Looking at what rough country offers for the tacoma, it looks like you have a spacer lift...

If the spacer sits on top of the front struts and not between the coil spring and the top hat, you could get more lift out of an adjustable or even "ready lift" style coilover, but it's not advisable. And you would need taller blocks or the blocks you have with a taller leaf pack in the rear to get lift (and longer shocks to compensate)

Get some 4in maxtracs and add some bilstein 5100s and some dakar leaf springs, with some blocks and you can go up to 7inches in lift

You'll need to upgrade your front shocks to handle a heavier coil if you go that route. And at that point, you will have spent about as much as your current lift kit total. As said above, spindles are the easiest way to obtain lift on a prerunner if you're looking for over 3 inches of lift. As it is with your current spacer lift, there aren't many ways to add more lift without completely redoing your front suspension and spending quite a bit more money. How much more lift were you looking to get and how much were you looking to spend?

5.5 lift front 4 rear on 33s with an endless amount more work to do
My 06 pre has a deaver add a leak with 5100s and cst lift spindles and total chaos arms. I could easily go up another few inches by adding the lift kit you have... or one that won't destroy my truck. If you want to go up another 3-4 inches I would recommend doing a shackle flip and lift spindles. But before that get rid of the lift blocks and either put in add a leafs or an entire leaf pack.

1-2 grand should be plenty for what you want, especially if you do the install yourself. You would save a lot of money that way.

If never done any work on my truck other than change a tire idk if I’d be able to handle putting a kit on and it seems like the way to go would be replacing the RC lift kit but I just got it less than a week ago can I get 6” with spindles or would I be better off getting this maxtrac kit and replacing the new one I just got

Maxtrac spindles, HS 2" coils with 5100s on the bottom clip, Dakar leaf packs, extended length rear bilstein shocks.

That's a lot of money for a spindle kit with 2'' coil spacers and a 4'' block for rear lift. I would look into quality lift coils, like Eibachs, to pair with your spindles and look into some Dakars for the rear.
