Those only work if you buy two of them and wire them in series/parallel. You have to reverse the polarity of the turbine on the throttle side so you get a clockwise/counter-clockwise counter flow for the appropriate back pressure, works better if you install a boost controller otherwise the whole system will explode your pistons. Dial down the boost to -1 or -2 and run a vacuum in your cylinders, then ramp it up while driving on the freeway at speed until you hear a "turbo whine"

These things work awesome because they're electrical, so they don't soak up all of your torque power by putting a drag on your timing belt.
