Morimoto D2S 5 Five Out. Need Substitute?

So I had a 5 Five bulb go out on my Mini Stage II kit from 2011. Cant find another 55W unless I order a whole other kit. Any ideas for substitution?

I have the 4300k with 55W ballasts, but the only Morimotos I see on sale on TRS or Amazon are 3 Five's.

 

I think the 35s are the bulbs you use, I think the bulbs take both wattages you just change ballast to change wattage.

I ordered a few 55w kits and they come with 3five bulbs.

You can also get bench testing used bulbs from TRS

 

dont hold me to this but from what I gathered a few years ago was the minis using 55w setups tend to bubble/burm the bowl. not sure what model minis u got but id look into it just to be safe.

 

I believe this is correct.

 

You can run either 35w or 50w ballasts--your choice. The bulbs can run 50w just fine.
