Does this mean I'd cutting and twisting wires or is this "plug and play?"

I just ordered a 5500K kit and I hope I don't experience "bounce" but if TRS is offering thicker gaskets then I feel better about it.

    I did the install.
Thanks to everyone who posted their setup, location, and provided advise. Cheers!

PS: I need to drive tonight to check the difference and see if any vibrations.

So I'm trying to install the mirimoto led fog lights but having trouble detaching the plastic underguard in the wheel well to access the factory fog lights. Can some please give me some tips on how to remove those covers?

So I have the Mirimoto Led Fog lights and weirdly, after testing, both mirimoto right and left lamps work on the right side harness, neither turn on on the left side, but the factory lights still work on the right...any suggestions as to why the left hand side won't turn on the mirimotos?

Sorry, the factory fog lamp still works on left but mirimotos don't wanna turn on on left, I swapped all lamps

Factory polarity issue at the connector? Check with a DVOM on each side to make sure the same terminal is providing +12V when on. If you find they are reversed, then you will need to adjust the connectors. I plugged the terminals into the OEM harness first before putting the connector together to ensure it worked.

You'll probably need to adjust the fog lights upwards a lot after install. Easier to do this some ahead of time, since the adjuster faces downwards.

So I found out the problem. Who ever drew the diagram had only one job lol. Step A is incorrect, the terminal contacts should be facing the other way (long flat part facing outwards rather than inwards) They are recessed if putting in as instructed and won't contact correctly. Both sides are working as advertised now! Pictures to come later tonight!

My iPhone 6 camera doesn't give the Morimoto HIDs and Fog the justice they deserve...

I used the retrofit source morimoto xb35 kit with all their parts, 35w ballasts, 4500k.

I did not get a chance to drive last night to see them in action.
