    too many mods to count
I tried the fit with the new bulbs along with the old red washers, and the socket would move when clicked into the housing. When I added the paper washers it was
very difficult to lock in the sockets and the sockets are very tight. i need to do a long test to see if this works out.

News to me? They looked the same meaning they have the same design/dimensions... The oem were just stiffer.

All it is is a rubber grommet. Perfectly possible and has been discussed earlier in the thread

Glad to hear it! I know we now have these new seals in production, and as soon as I have them in hand will make sure they're a default for the 2016 Tacoma kits on our website, as well as getting some sent out for those who still have the little annoyance!

Are you guys going to look into the possibility that the passenger side bulb still has some movement in them with the new grommets before you make these the fix grommets??

If the bulbs fit tight on the driver's side, it sounds like a defect with every passenger side light in that case, not anything on the bulbs, unfortunately.

Great system, there's a little bit of light bounce but only going over larger bumps, rocks, potholes etc...

That's how mine started 3500 miles ago, now I'm almost to the point of putting my halogens back in until I get the grommets.

Well wouldn't that mean that a passenger side grommet needs to be made to off set this defect?

I haven't read all 44 pages, but I noticed all the problems seem to be with the 5500k's.

Are there any issues with the 6500k bulbs? If not I'll be buying those with the 50w ballasts to achieve 5500k.

    Pretty much stock
@TRSAndrew I have the h11b blubs in my 2015 f150 and they also shake badly, so just fyi this may not be a tacoma isolated issue. I would say i'd test something out on the f150 but my tacoma will be delivered this week and the f150 will be traded (minus the hid kit lol).

Someone send me a message when the shake is fixed so I can buy some.

That's the very first issue I've heard of with an F150, and we sell a LOT of parts to F150 owners.

The bulbs aren't side specific and are all made the same.

I have the 4500k Morimoto and they fit tight. I didn't notice any shaking until I read this thread and began really paying attention. When I go over railroad tracks, potholes, or bumpy roads, I see shaking. I still think they are great, bright lights and this is probably normal. I have tried other brands in the past and theses are the best. The 4500k look great too!

Ok let me run this by everyone. If its the right side moving anyone think it could be the housing assembly may just be loose enough to vibrate. After half of it is held in place with pushpins. Maybe try putting a piece of foam ontop of the assembly before shutting the hood on it just an idea
