I have purchased a Morimoto Headlights for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma a year ago. Following the instruction, I plugged their DRL harness (fuse tap) to the INJ fuse location. Where I notice it goes through a circuit cycle (every four hours or so) and I hear an electronically noise running. Coming from the gas tank fuel pump and/or fuel pump injector. Which it caused the battery to drain. Now, I have moved the DRL harness to EFI fuse. Which I have read it will turn on and off every 4 hours for about a minute due to a circuit check as well. ... So, my Q&A is. Has anyone found a solution on the correct fuse slot location the DRL harness should be plugged into?

I just got an email from Morimoto, and they said to plug the DRL tap into any IG slot. Any recommendation if anyone has done so. And is it safe?

    Welcome aboard!

You might want to contact @daveeasa. He offers handmade harnesses that might help. I purchased one of his OEM LED headlight harnesses, he is legit and knows what he is doing

No ignition in the engine bay, would be nice if there were an easy way. Most of the add-a-fuse setups go off INJ but you can also use the Low Beam on either side, just won't be on with DRL or Park.

Well, since I have moved the DRL tap into the EFI fuse slot, I have not heard any noise. However, please note that I don't sleep or spend my days in the garage. However, yesterday I did saw the DRL lights turn on and off for less than a minute. So, as of now. I will keep the DRL tap plugged into that slot.

When I purchased the headlights... I took advantage in ordering the harness as well. But when I got them. I realized there was no need on me purchasing it. As you see diagram below. .... However, I keep the harness. For what. I don't know. Maybe I should sell it. The harness of course.
