    I have the same issue!!! Any further ideas as to the cause or a fix? I really dig the lights but this is kinda not good.

    I just stuck a new fuse in there and it has been fine for over a year now.

    Edit: Just now realizing TRS eventually responded to this thread and offered to replace it. Don't know how I missed that.

    Called TRS yesterday they will send me a new harness.

    I'm just wondering what would have caused the fuse to melt in the first place

    That's just not good. I don't know if I would continue to use their harness. If it happens once okay it's a rare defect but for it to happen to this many people tells me theres something not right with the harness.

    Pop rivets and JB Weld.
    I'll add my name to the list of people with melted fuses. I bought my kit second hand, so I doubt TRS would warranty me. I'll be swapping out the existing inline fuse holder for now.
