Hey guys I’m having problems with my HID kit. I’ve had it for about 3 years now and haven’t had any problems besides a bulb burning out. Now I can’t get my passenger side bulb to come one. I’ve switched everything from side to side one at a time to try to pinpoint what the problem is but I can’t ever get it to follow to the driver side. I cleaned up all the grounds really well and re torqued it all down. I also cleaned up the positive and torqued it down. VLEDS sent me out a new relay to try and it didn’t help the situation any. The fuse is good. I pulled back all the wire loom and can’t find any knicks or breaks in the wiring. Anything else I can try? I’m kind of at a loss here.

Try bypassing the relay and add direct +/- to the ballast and see if both will fire up that way.

Ended up being a bad harness. Morimoto sent me out a new harness and relay and she fired on up. I scoured that harness for any knicks or cuts and couldn’t find anything
