    Got my lights installed. Thank you for the fast shipping @memario1214. Took a while to make the brackets. I bought two 6” what are called fence menders at lowes. Bent them into a L. Only a couple bucks. Then I used a 4”x1/4” bolt which fits in the existing hole in the bumper mount. The other real pita is the DD harness. Both sides are the same length. The driver side made it no problem but the passenger side came up short. What I ended up doing was cutting 15” off one side and splicing it into the other side to extend it. I joined all the wires back together with those weatherproof shrink wrap butt joiners with the solder inside. Seriously @Diode Dynamics, when a customer is buying lights at this price point, they are not going to complain about the harness costing $2 more to have one side already be 3’ or so longer. The only thing I’m going to change is DDs suggested wiring. They have you take power from the battery. I know I’ll eventually leave them on and come back to a dead battery, so I’ll get an add a circuit and power them from an ignition only circuit.

    Thank you for the pics, and that actually turned out pretty good! You should let me talk you into swapping out those tired fog lights of yours next! :devil:

    As for the harness thing... We definitely hear you, and you are NOT the first person to have voiced a similar concern. I don't see DD changing up their harnesses anytime soon, but we are starting to dip our toes into the wiring harness game, and will probably be offering a "universal" harness as well that addresses your issues, among others. At hopefully a similar price point. On the Q2 list as long as other things progress well!
    We do what we can :cool:

    Random question, and I know the DD sale is over, but if I were to upgrade to the SS3 Pro fog lights, would the SS3 Sports I purchased for my 2020 Tacoma work on a 2019 Tundra without modification? Or does it use a different mounting bracket?

    The picture for the brackets look similar on the website.

    Debating upgrading to the Pro and giving my dad the Sports for his Tundra.

    2020 Tacoma and 2019 Tundra are EXACT same fitment so they'll go over with no modification as long as both trucks came standard with fog lights, and neither of them were TRD Pro models :thumbsup:
