Morning group help me diagnose please.

    So i just rebuilt my 2tr. I was getting a lot worse codes but got to figure it out the most. This are the last 4. And im getting a lot of noise from the head.

    If any one have come up on this and fixed would love to hear your ideas.

    Lift kit.
    Now on the replaced parts has bith o2 sensors rwplaced. New spark plugs new crankshaft sensor new camshaft position Sensor.

    Im located in the SFL area if anyone recommends a mechanic would be apprexiate ir. Been to two other mechanics and both gave me wrong ideas. One told me the lifters neefed to be adjusted but for what i know they are hidraulic?

    Is the purge valve leaking vacuum with the engine running?

    Now that h2os sensor heated its just replaced. So it could be defective

    Just checked the purge valve. As shown in the picture the vacuum line in the bottom that is connected is sucking air but the one on the top when i umplugged it is not
