I experience the same thing. I've been in my settings. I think it's a quirk in the system. Sometimes they unlock, sometimes they don't. I notice it with my rear driver's door because that's the one I go to when I get out to retrieve something. A few quick jiggles of the handle and it opens which leads me to believe I got a malfunction.

Closest I can get is all 4 doors will unlock when I open the driver's door, with ignition off. Doesn't work if engine is still running.

I have that feature turned off, as I only want my door to unlock when I'm exiting the truck.

No money, all went to truck...
after I shut off my engine, if I open drivers door immediately, all doors unlock. If I wait a while (I'm assuming a minute) the doors won't unlock. I'm OK with this so I haven't looked for settings to adjust.

If this is the only thing I had to worry about in this world I'd say I was doing pretty darn well.

It's having me review my owner's manual and look at how my system is set up. Someone else's complaint makes for good research.

    Agreed.

The door locks on mine have always seemed, idk, possessed. Like they make random guesses as to which doors will unlock. Maybe just the driver, maybe the driver and passenger but not the rear, maybe all 4.

I know it's just me not RTFM, and I have not bothered to care, but now I might because someone else has near the same complaint

So far so good for me I suppose - I got no issues with the behavior.

Op- it’s also on the settings if you can get a OBD2 reader and app to run it- I reset all 4 locks and extended my turn signal touch time from 3 to 8 blinks that way.

What does the geographic and cultural similarities between Minnesota and Canada have to do with door locks?

My problem is that rear seat passengers cannot unlock their doors from the inside like the front passenger can. I have nothing against the doors all unlocking if I open the drivers side door, but many times I am dropping a rear passenger off and they cannot get out without me unlocking their door with the driver’s side switch. Is there any way to configure the rear doors so that they can be unlocked from the inside by the rear seat passenger?

Are the manual locks on your rear doors broken or something?

I investigated. As it turns out the little lock toggles next to the lever are functional. However the door lever itself will not open the toggle like the front passenger seat does. I will have to instruct my back seat passengers to use the toggle which is not all that visible. Thanks.

I didn’t know the fronts functioned that way until I read it in the manual. “The front doors can be opened by pulling the inside handle even if the lock buttons are in the lock position”

Yeah, I guess I thought it was an electronic configuration setting, when really it is a mechanical limitation. You would think the child safety toggle would be enough.
