Bang, you fell right out of Friday!

Pay attention before you post? do I get a cookie?

    His Michelins wore great maybe?

OP Michelins are the king of on-road tires, there are others that work fine but these are the most recommended.

I had Michelin LTX A/T 2 on my 2016. I will absolutely be buying them when the stock Wranglers wear out on my 2020. Good for the highway and just aggressive enough for a little mud or snow.

    Hi John.

You made your post to that thread which is specific to discussing tires. What you want to do is post a NEW thread under the 3rd Gen. Tacomas (2016+) forum. Click on the "3rd Gen. Tacomas (2016+) forum" label just above the tread title at the top of this page.

This will take you to the "3rd Gen. Tacomas (2016+)" forum's main page and at the top right of that page, you'll see a "post new thread" Button. Use that to create a new topic in that forum.

You raise an important issue - and I think you'll be able to get some help from members here, since I have read comments on that topic previously.

But people knowledgeable on that issue will only be able to see it if it is posted as as its own topic.

    Hopefully this helps.
    Good luck!

(Also sent you a direct message with the above details)

They're actually for a 57' Dodge Power Wagon that I've got. Not often you see XL's mentioned, and since they were in the back of my Tacoma....

Same tire, same or better warranty. I've spent 30 years now buying tires for my cars, being religious about rotate and balance, chasing down managers to get a warranty claim if they wear out prematurely, dealing with pricing discrepancy when I go to pay and the tires are already mounted, and all the headaches, etc etc.

The two tire buying experiences with Costco have left me thankful that I no longer have to drive and call all over town or search online when it came time for tires. They have a good easy to understand pricing structure, ability to book online, free rotate and balance with ability to book online, nitrogen (granted air is already like 70% nitrogen), and Hunter Road Force balancer machines. It's also one of the few tire places I see actual torque wrench's being used as an across the board policy. I buy almost nothing else at Costco, but they've got my tire business for the foreseeable future.

Yea I get my wife's tires from Sams for same reason. Maybe buy my truck tires there too. Over 40 years of tire buying for me.
