Most Sought After Tacoma Color

When I was looking for a 12' at the end of last year, the two new colors (NBM and Spruce) were the hardest to find and was told the least produced. I had to wait months to order a 13', just so I could get NBM in a configuration I wanted.

I wouldn't doubt the availability of some of these colors is having an effect on their ratings. NBM and Spruce are the two best colors out there in my opinion, and I totally don't understand the love for white.

I thought I wanted an NB before I saw a Spruce.

i currently have a black sand pearl but after i saw the Magnetic Gray Metallic i kicked myself...

 

I have the timberland mica (one of the least popular colors) and this was one of my top color choises

 

Spruce mica for me.

 

I voted MGM cause that's what I wanted and is what I have. I think that the spruce mica is the most versitle colors out there. Depending on the sun, it can be a million different shades of green. I just love looking at spruce mica tacos.

 

I'm surprised with the poll results. IMO most modern cars are painted boring colors, shades of gray, white, black and very muted shades of other colors ie Barcelona Red and Nautical Blue. Yet those are the most popular colors. I'd like to see more strong colors, but clearly I'm in the minority.

 

Spruce FTW. And it's much easier to get one if they leave that silly third pedal in it

 

Black has alway been my color of choice for vehicles but I had a hell of a time finding a 2013 Double Cab Sport with a 6 speed, so when I finally came across it in the Nautical Blue, I snatched it up. Why doesn't anyone drive stick any more??

 

Laziness and inability.

 

I like all the colors but there's something about PM that tends to grow on you. If I ever close the deal on mine that's what it is. Must be a popular color. Just try finding one in either a PR Off-Road or 4x4 (2012 & under).

 

If it were possible to magically put any color on my 07 that I just bought...I'd repaint it Spruce Mica. Beautiful shade of green.

I got an 06 BSP when I turned 16 last year. We had a friend who was selling it, it was in great condition and a great deal(and 4x4 ). In this case, opportunity triumphed over all other factors. And I wasn't necessarily unlucky with the color; I love black. But if I had a choice in color and the stacks to buy a new truck, this is how my list would go:

1. Silver Streak Mica
2. Super White (stormtrooper for sure)
3. Black Sand Pearl

I like the new colors, but I like the original 2nd gen colors the most.

I gotta say my favorite for a second gen is Spruce Mica, then MGM.

 

I have BSP but voted SWB.

Rad Red (3L5) is a close second...
