Won't move. Just makes a buzzing sound when turned on.

How hard is it to rebuild one of these? Evidently these are rare. Couldn't find a replacement in town.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thankfully the neighbor had on I could borrow so rebuilding it is not a pressing issue right now, but it was a good tool and I would like to repair it if possible.

    Thanks,

    Herc

Doubt you're going to find someone with detailed knowledge of that particular model - but im sure that its not a overly complicated mechanism. If youre versed in car repair and take your time to keep track of the parts as you take it apart - im sure you could find the issue. Maybe try it and post about that with photos?
