06 quad cab long bed speedway blue 4x4

bhlm,grillcraft grill, toytec ultimate lift, dakar leaf pack, 5100's

I have a 2006 with the 4.0 It has around 95000 on it. I noticed somtimes when im acelerating it surges kinda feels like the tranny is slipping but I can see the tac going up and down a couple hundred rpm's anyone ever had this problem?
