I figured someone just has to commit and make a thread to get something started so…

    Rules

    1. Find a SIMILAR location and reproduce the photo (as best as possible).

    2. Upon posting your new photo, you are responsible for specifying what it is in the photo that must be reproduced. Be specific, but not so specific that no one else will be able to play because we couldn't find another pink school bus. Try to take photos in interesting locations, objects or places that could probably be found in at least the majority of the continent.

    3. Photo must be: a) Common amongst North America & not placed on a trail or seasonal road. Dirt is ok, but remember some of us are on street bikes.

    4. The first person to reproduce a similar photo gets to post a new photo for others to emulate. If you get a photo, but somebody else posts their picture first, you lose.

    5. One photo at a time within thread. File photos are NOT permitted. You gotta ride to play this game.

    6. No whining.

    7. The holder of the current photo determines if the photo has been duplicated and acknowledges it by posting on the thread.

    8. No Pre-Arranged photo Handoffs / Linear photo sequence. Don’t cheat and give your buddy a head start by telling him what the picture is before posting.

    9. The motorcycle in the picture must get to the tag location under its own power and be ridden there by you.

    10. Last but not least, should the photo be soo ridiculous that no one is able to reproduce it, it can be voted down if a majority of the active participants feel necessary.

    11. Don't post a 'Grab' unless you have a new picture ready to go. This avoids other players losing riding time while you go find a new pic. Have one ready when you post your grab pic.

    12. 2 by 2 rule: After a player has grabbed a photo and posted a new one, that player is not eligible to grab the next unless it has sat for two days or longer. This one keeps the game from being monopolized by a couple of players and gives more people (with real lives) a chance to participate.

New 14 July 24 13. The MarX rule: if you post a “grab” and do not follow up with a new photo within 24 hours the “grab” is disqualified and the challenge reverts to the previous photo for another rider to claim.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

My pic in the regular thread was at a county park, today. I didn’t post it, as I think the following pick should be from a National part as well. But that’s just me.

I think someone should be able to match it up
    this weekend.

Just a park, not necessarily at National Park. I feel like restricting it to only a National Park would make it too difficult and prevent a fair number of people from being able to participate.

That’s why I said a “a photo of your bike in front of a park sign”. Maybe whoever claims this one and sets the next goal needs to be more explicitly clear.

Lol wasn't sure if you left it vague like that on purpose, but makes sense.

i actually like you left it vague. leaves it more open to interpretation and could net some more interesting submissions
