    I'd just put the bike in the bed; way more stable. Assuming the bike goes in on the diagonal from the drivers side front bed corner to the passenger side rear corner get two handlebar straps and run three tie downs from the front left, right and rear left bed cleats; If you don't have front bed cleats get a pair of these: http://www.jpmetalfab.com/products.html

    That might work though maybe not with a bike on the diagonal so well? Basically I use the handlebar straps as anchors and then have two tie downs on each side for each handlebar strap. that way it anchors against four directions of movement and you don't have to crank down the straps as hard.

    This was a bike that I had for a little while. Dont have it anymore though.. I havent tried to put the FZ in the back yet, especially since Im lifted now

    Not worth the cost. I'd rather get a Tundra with the access cab (which is bigger then a DC taco) and 8.1ft bed so I can put two bikes in the bed and keep the tailgate up.
