:anonymous: yup. I'll probably stop hauling my good camera with though. Wouldn't take but one bad one to jack up a big investment... I do have a good backpack for it but...

word to the wise, i don't know how you guys carry money on the bike. i have a big wallet because i'm a girl so i just grab my debit car and license and that's it. boa issued me a new card and turned mine off last night for security purposes, unbeknownst to me, and i was an hour from home and low on fuel and couldn't get gas. no one at the gas station had paypal that i could send them money to, and the guy working there wouldn't take a card over the phone. i found a friend who had a friend that lived nearby, and he was nice enough to come fill me up. from now on i'm taking 2 forms of payment

I have an emergency $20 stashed in the tool kit in case I ever forget my wallet and need to tank up.

It's just a carryover from my other vehicles. They've all got $50 stashed for when I'm wearing my dirty holey work pants on the weekend and hop in the truck and forget my wallet. I got burned a couple of times with it and after that they all got emergency funds.

I can usually tank the Ninja on $10 or less, but I think a $20 is all I had on me when I was getting the tool kit squared away

I usually carry my wallet but don't have cash. I have a few different cards, but that won't help if somewhere only takes cash. Pretty rare now though

    I don't know about that.
If I was a wise man I'd have started doing it before I got burned instead of after it happened twice, lol.

Yeah I always have either two cards or a card and enough cash to get a full tank with whatever I'm driving. I learned that the hard way too.
