Shit I could throw a keg on that thing..

There was actually a thread on a CT FB group with a knockoff of one of those. I should look and see if anyone figured out how/where to actually mount it up. Looks like its just arms w/ heim joints, so shouldn't be that bad to do if you have that skillset. (which I don't..)

Managed over 100 miles n my Buell this weekend once I got the float to stop sticking and figured out my loose ground wire that was making all lighting to the front of the bike act wonky. Ground strap to the front subframe is attached and grounded through the horn mount. Wire was barely hanging on anymore. Cut end, stripped fresh wire and crimped on a new ring terminal Saturday afternoon. Put about 60 miles on today no problem. Got home and switched bikes then took the FJR1300 out to grab another bonus location for the Butt Lite GT.

Needed 2 pics as there was n way to get the bike in the photo with the cannon.

This is in a small park in the square of Millersburg, PA. 113 of these were produced by the Fort Pitt foundry in the Civil War only 56 survive today. Thanks to some passersby for the photo assist! Spent the next 15-20 minutes explaining the event and hope they consider looking into it and giving it a try.

Those pretty much stock Indian motors sure did well against boosted heavily modified HD.

Sometimes I want to smack the PO of my CB750. He hacked the shit out of the stock wiring harness. I went to use the horn last week when a guy cut me off, but then quickly remembered the bike had no horn.. put one back in today! Pain in the ass, ending up tracing the horn switch to a cut wire that had about half an inch sticking out of the connector. Fished the tail out, new pin into the connector, built a sub harness, and mounted up a Hella I had laying around. Meep meep.

AND! 3D pretty some cubbies to nestle around the battery in the CT90’s battery box/cover/crate situation and filled them with tools today. A couple sockets, a HF stubby ratchet (that I had to cut 1/2” off and make stubbier to fit) and some stubby ratcheting wrenches, a spark plug, registration, etc etc. Quite pleased with how it turned out.

    Update:
My radius and wrist will be a 6-week recovery.
Scheduling MRI for rotator cuff. I can't lift my left arm at all. kinda spooky.
Chronic cramps and spasms in my forearm.

Bike is honestly not bad. $1500 est. for repairs. Mostly replacing bolt-ons and a tank & front fender repaint.

The city computer system is still down due to a bug, so no police report. I'm in a holding pattern on the medical side of things. Cops did not ticket the lady for rolling the stop sign then immediately braking in front of me.

Hope things clear up for you on the MRI. Rotator cuffs suck. Bike looks like it faired well, though.
