So I’m planning on running a Baja Design S2 as an auxiliary light on the bike. Considering it’s just the one light, you guys think I could get away without running a relay? According to BD, the S2 should only draw 24w.

    Correct. 4 S1s should equate to 2 S2s.

Thats only 2 amps. As long as whatever switch you have can handle it theres no need for a relay

That’s what I figured. I’ll still fuse the circuit but just doing a simple switch to the light.

Yes, I am running 4 S1’s but they are run off of the Denali CANSmart. The output is two aux lights, one for their sound bomb horn and another for the brake light kits so you can run up to 4 accessories off of it.

I had considered running two relays for the S1’s off a single handlebar mounted switch and saw how much work it would take to do so and for the sake of my sanity, I ended up with the CANSmart, bought some connectors and made pigtails to go between the CANSmart and the BD S1’s.

You 2 planning on going through York on Route 30? Would be easy for me to take that route so if you figure a ballpark time we can figure on a place to meet and I'll ride with you. Beats taking the turnpike for me.

I can come south on I-83 to 30 and meet anywhere along there heading east or take I-283 and catch 30 east around Lancaster. For me it's about equal distance. I figure easier near York. There's a Sheetz on the eastbound side of Route 30 across from Round the Clock diner would be an easy meet up spot and if you guys need to refuel?

Anyone here who has experience painting tanks/fenders (details over the factory paint - not sanding and painting the whole thing) hit me up if you have a moment, I have some questions for you ha. Gracias!
