Same, stopped watching yammie pubes a few years ago.

I'd add to the list Jakethegardensnake, I enjoy him. Used to watch some chaseontwowheels but now he's gotten to the point of annoying me. That and I don't think he's actually a good rider. I watch their wrecked bike rebuild every once in a while though. I like the wrenching content more than helmet cam anyway.

Yeah, Im in a great spot in town where everything is a few minute drive away and realtively non-busy unless I go to the nice grocery store. Def a great place to pop on the bike for like 75% of my non commute tasks. Even my morning commute is a 15 min jaunt up a surface street.

Def a good spot to learn vs when I lived in DC, Seattle, or LA.

F9 is good cinematic entertainment but I haven’t found many channels that aren’t annoying ha. Brandon Bicasso is into muscle cruisers, which I’m not, but seems like a genuine dude. Also has a channel called the Sprocket. Everide has good cinematic dual sport content. More my speed. Notsorickymartin or something like that and MarvelKid87 or something like that are guys I like, but again, not the bikes or content I’m into, I watch occasionally for their banter more than the bikes. There’s a female YouTuber my wife watches for tips for shorter women but I can’t remember her name. She seems sincere and cool enough.

Any other good content y’all like for bikes?

I’ve put everide on mute on the TV before and just had dual sports in Utah playing in the background in the winter here ha.

Got my first ride in, never left my (rather large) driveway. Worked on friction zone and getting my feet up. This bike is a sweet piece! Reminds me of learning to drive a stick all over again!

Does no one watch BikeWorld, or 44 teeth? I watch F9 and the Ari and Zack content. Also for wrenching content, Ronald Finger is doing a Kawasaki 1000 rebuild right now.

Also watch Itchy Boots on occasion.

    None... yet.
@fatfurious2 - Where are you headed and which day? I recently maxed out my mileage on the CRF, got close to 130 miles on slightly less than 2 gallons, so that's my "to and from" range if you're looking at Saturday. Would love to tag along either day if possible!

This is the ES model which adds an easy 1k to the price so while he's near the high end of what that year goes for he's not out of line. I have the standard A model and paid $8400 in 2019 for mine but it only had 7600 miles. At 13.5k miles that bike is barely broken in. Sargent seat is a bonus, I see an luggage rack but unsure what make from the pics, service manual if OEM sells for over $100, extra windscreen included. If you're serious about looking for an FJR that bike would make a good candidate to go look at and test ride. I'd probably try to get it for 8k but if it looks good in person and everything is clean it could go for asking price. There is a recall currently for the front brake switch so make sure it's been done though I still haven't taken my own bike in. Something about the brake light switch and it can cause your cruise control to not work or shut off when in use.

Awesome, thanks for the info! My father in-law who lives in France wants to buy a bike for when he visits to travel the country. He has a $5k budget and has been looking at older gold wings (mother in-law wants something comfortable to ride on). I am sure I can stretch his budget a little bit and I really don’t want a gold wing taking up space in the garage. Here is what he sent me already to go look at.

He's good if you have a particular drill or something particular you want to practice, but his day to day vidoes are just too preach-y and like "if you don't take this seriously you will die you need to practice 13 hours a day" for me.

So help me god if anyone says Bret Tkacs.... I hate him and his stupid hat.

Let me when/where you plan on meeting up, anything west is always fun hah. We ordered tkc70's (rocks for the rear) for the wife's bike last night. If they happen to come in the next day or 2 we might throw them on and try them out this weekend. Weather looks A+ for either day!
