Technically it is only open till last weekend in Sept, dual sport trails anyway. 4x4 are open year round, I have done some fun winter wheeling/camping out there.

Just looked up the specs. It’s equivalent to a 50cc and max load for the bike is 99lbs. Be an awesome bike for kids. I immediately thought of a supermoto version with street tires.

It looked to me to be a bit on the small side.

Definitely a kids bike. But so is my ATC and that doesn’t have a problem zipping around with me on it.

While it doesn't have the glam the Stacyc seems like a far better choice for kids.

Now if you want a mans e dirt bike you have the KTM Freeride, Alta Redshift MXR (if you can find one because they went belly up) or the SEGWAY Dirt eBike X260/ X160 even though that looks more like a MTB. You also have the trials variant OSET 24R. Been diving down the electric rabbit hole for more opportunities for seat time in the back yard without disturbing the neighbors.

They got the sur-rons too. I've been checking those out for awhile now. Which it's more of a mtb but they seem pretty dope

@ that pic of the frayed cable... not sure what bike that is but some bikes (2018 V-Strom) have Teflon coated cables. No lube as it attracts crud and can cause premature failure.

I had lubed it when I first got it at 2k, and then again at 5k. It's now around 8k. Clearly it needs more frequent maintenance lol so i've got that noted down, will probably lube it 1x/month unless you guys encourage more frequent lubing, and have a spare cable as a backup. Was also ridden in the rain quite a bit (at least for as much as it rains here in SoCal)

@gnarthirty2 got it right, it's an M2 Competition

what did you lube it with? and how did you go about it?

I see some people like applying some type of grease at both upper and lower points, and others like to spray a more liquid aerosol product from the top and let it run out the bottom

The first 2 times, It was just some grease applied to both ends.

When I replaced it, I used Motion Pro clutch cable lube with a Motion Pro cable luber. uses a clamp style device on the end pictured to seal it, and has a hole for you to squirt the lube in so it can run down. Gave it enough that it was just lightly leaking out of the other end.
