Fire roads are fine, just don't try to follow the guys on dual sports that are 250lbs lighter.

Forgot to mention in here, but I picked up this gal a few weeks ago earlier this month!
Super stoked on the new and improved commute and hopefully some weekend rides with work buddies!

2020 790 Duke with 6500mi. Guy had everything, even the ready-to-race stickers from new. + some nice KTM’s levers and case guards.

Thank you!! That is some good news. Going to try to snake the Kriega OS base through my rear grab bars, and then mount rackless luggage there. Think it will work? My seat is also ~10" in that area, and that picture shows excess material

Nice! There’s probably 15 miles or more of nice gravel roads in the Beaton/Remington area if you wanna get a feel for that tire on some gravel and not venture to far from civilization. If we wanna ride till night fall we can head toward the mountains and put around.

Can also pop the seat off and run the base underneath it, I've done that on a few bikes when my soft luggage wouldn't fit over the top.

Does anyone have experience with Kenda K270's? I have Kenda Klever's on my truck and have no complaints. I'm going for an "AT" tire :D

I had them in my KLR650. Not bad but a bit wobbly and squishy feeling for road riding.

I'll honestly spend more time on road, I just don't want the look of a road tire  I have no complaints with the factory IRC's and may just stick with those.
