They’re actually pretty comfortable. I test rode one a while back and would’ve bought it at $1800ish like advertised but after all the fees and BS it was almost $3k. Too much for what would just be a fun novelty toy essentially.

Navi definitely has a taller seat. I need to do a video comparing the two while I still have both. Navi is surprisingly large. I’m 6’2 and fit comfortably, it bumps my knees at full lock but otherwise is a good fit.

3d printed grom tool came out stout AF, I’m thinking it’ll work.

Yep, something like $400 in freight fees, $300 dealer fees, added markup, a load of crap. $700 in fees isn’t too terrible on a $10k+ bike but that alone is almost a 50% increase on the Navi MSRP.

I've been in fifth gear exactly once so far :anonymous:

1st is short, 2nd and 3rd are really wide, and with stock gearing 4th and 5th run out of steam lol waiting until I have a bit more mileage on it before I try to flog it to top speed out on a back highway. I've heard dropping a tooth to 14t in front peps everything up and you lose zero top speed because it gasses out on you anyway with stock gearing.

Makes sense. Already dropped a tooth and it really pepped it up. Only time I can hit the rev limiter is downhill and have to drop to third going up hills.

Did you put in the speedo fix dongle thingy? Like $80 fix vs living with a speedo/odo that's off, not sure what way I'll go

I’m guilty of riding without gear too, especially when I was younger. At least you’re wearing a helmet though. I was riding like you’re dressed but with no helmet and I’ve had a funky looking eyebrow ever since.

Too cheap for that. Have it pinned everywhere I go so not really worried about actual speed. Just waiting for the day I get pulled over so I can tell the officer I didn’t know it went that fast

Ok, so what are the odds of getting a dealer to toss in some goodies on a new bike purchase? What's a reasonable ask if I want them to sweeten the pot?

Sat on both the AT and the T7 right around the time I bought my Triumph. The AT in low was perfect for me with a 30" pants inseam, but the T7 felt taller even with the AT seat in high being the same height. I can't explain it.

Seat width/bike width at the point you straddled it were probably a bit different.
