I’ve had surprisingly good experiences with these:

SpeedOut SPEEDPRO1 Damaged Screw Extractor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JN8T9B9

I don’t use the drill side and choose to use my own drill bits, but they pull out broken bolts quickly. A lot of the ones I’ve used before have been really gimmicky and never quite worked well, but those were good. You can get them at Lowes too.

I initially thought it was the CE4 as well! But it's actually a Yamaha Morphous, which came out about 15-20 years ago.

There were like 14 other bolts holding in that cover on the inside... soooooo yolo.

On the bright side though:I'm an idiot with my clutch issues!

EBC specifically says on their instructions to not soak the clutch plates and that it's unnecessary. Just put a thin layer of oil on and send it. Don't do that. My clutch discs were just sticking together, that was all.

After taking it all apart again (I can get the clutch out in 6 minutes, btw, pretty proud of that), seeing absolutely nothing wrong, verifying correct install order, stack height, everything and throwing it back together again it was doing it again. I'd basically take out as much slack as I possibly could, throw it in first, and it'd stall. So what I did was put it on the center stand, put it in first, then use the rear brake to un-stick the pads and get them flowing against each other. Did it a few times before I could go into gear on flat ground without stalling. A few trips up and down the street and we were golden.

Fingers crossed I can go for a real ride tomorrow!

Edit: while I had the clutch open, without the plate and springs on, I put the bike in gear and tried to move the rear tire. It'd move, but took a lot of effort, and that's when the lightbulb clicked that it was just the fresh plates being extra sticky

just a couple of things tbh
Pickup up a set of Blue sm wheels from a buddy of mine almost dropped the bike on my self as well whoops. And yes I know it doesn’t have a rear sprocket on atm… sadly the oem one on my dirt wheels was stuck like a mofo and well I rounded two Allen bolt heads and said fuck it until this sprocket is trashed I’m leaving it on the dirt wheels! So gotta buy a new rear sprocket before I can ride. But man that blue looks good!

Looks killer, glad they fit. I want gold SM wheels for mine.

I always replace sprocket and brake rotor bolt every time they come on and off. Cheap insurance lol

And then it will be white again, then blue, a retro red/yellow will find its way next, then back to black. Repeat

I like the stealthy black one, personally. It's also ripe for stickers or paint. The yellow is just a little too busy to me, and it reminds me of the fisher price kiddie table of my childhood. Like this, but blue instead of orange.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
My wife told me this weekend she is ready for an upgrade this summer. Her 2016 BMW G650GS is available if anyone is looking for a new ride. Has 5,180 all pavement miles and just about every accessory you can add. I'd like to get $6,500 for it if possible.20230408_171504.jpg 20230408_171544.jpg

Nothing wrong with yellow. Color is mostly about preference, but for safety I would probably rock the yellow as well. Easier to see, so maybe less likely to be hit. Maybe not, if they are staring at their phone.
