haha ive been in the process of a motor swap on my project car! plus working on the bike after its clutch decided to leave the chat. so ive got a d series sitting on one side two different d series transmissions in the garage, exhaust components from said d series, and other random odds and ends plus the bike sitting on in the left bay with its clutch on the floor.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Delicious!!! Heal up man, I hate when I jack the back. I dealt with that for awhile, was on some gummies for a minute to help me thru it. Sucks

I appreciate the gesture, but nah, I'm good. I don't really need it and looking for one gives me an excuse to spend more time in the Hot Wheels/Lego aisle :D

My county reappraised property values earlier this year. Obviously, valuations were much higher given inflation. I thought they were taking advantage of the times to increase revenue for the county, but to my surprise, we just received notification that the county decided to lower the tax rate to offset the higher valuations and remain revenue neutral. I could not believe it.

    Just barely doesn't work.

Basically was pressed up my gas tank and foot peg scratched the anodization on the beauty rings with only 15 miles on the truck.

I got this on the way to replace the factory receiver which will push it out enough but not require an extension.

    https://www.amazon.com/Draw-Tite-Trailer-Receiver-Compatible-76527/dp/B09KYBXH9C

Of course the downside is it sticking into my shin area when loading and unloading, but since I have both receivers maybe I'll switch them when needed. I did not want to add an extension that would add even more movement and pivot points to something that already has a lot of dynamic load as it was.

    Oh and @Calamity_taco it's a 4 Dr. Wildtrak

I went for a ride the other day, 300+ miles of State roads in NH and VT
The first 120 miles, I could hardly feel my throttle hand. Scary if I needed front wheel brake control in an important situation.

After that, all was fine, No hand /wrist issues at all.

What gives? Where did the issue go?

off road or on road? Roads you have been riding before? Gripping too tight maybe?

Looking forward to Saturday. Got invited to a lunch meet up with a bunch of Iron Butt Rally finishers. I know several already and have competed against some of these folks in smaller level events but I'm still somewhat in awe of anyone who can put down the sort of miles these people do. 14k miles in only 11 days?
