I should hit 3000 miles tomorrow, bought the bike in January. Not great but not too bad for just weekend riding

Lol I do have a few modern amenities…ABS, traction control, two ride maps, and quick shifter

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
It’s a step up from the KTM though lol

I do have the Denali can smart on it. It’s got two unused taps for lights so….maybe something in the works. I’ve got the sound bomb horn on it and the flashing brake lights.

I learned a long time ago with 4 wheels that flats suck. Specifically my old STi when I got a puncture between Billings MT and Sheridan WY. I had a plug kit and the portable compressor, 10 minutes later I was rolling. Considering motorcycles don’t usually carry spare tires, I don’t want to be that guy on the side of the road with a flat and no way to fix it. I bought this one for the 4Runner before a drunken spending spree and ordering the dual compressor so I decided to put it to use. Funny enough, I’ve used this compressor more off the bike than I have the one on the 4Runner. I’ve helped several MC riders at work who rolled in with nails or screws in the tires. Beats the hell out of those CO2 kits and having to keep cartridges on hand.

Couldn’t agree more. If you got the space and power. A compressor is a must! I got an old one I wired with pig tails.
But I like what I am seeing here :)

I get you on a few fronts.

    1. Drunken purchases..... Drunk talk is sober thoughts so i usually let it slide as I usually have good ideas but am too cautious with money to purchase but when i do it and it ends up being useful! haha.

    2. Compressor and having the ability to fix a flat (or jump start) on your own is HUGE. Its amazing how many people dont have that simple ability ESPECIALLY on a motorcycle. Cant tell you how many times I have used my lil 12v compressor and jumper pack out of my truck for everyone but my own stuff.

A few pages back i posted this battery powered compressor and my plug kit im building (@TacoTyusday the vulcanizing cement says delivered today, if so ill take pics)
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B6J33XXX

In my limited testing able to fill a full size moto front tire up from 0 to 36 psi in 2 min without any indicated drain on the battery (only 3 bars to delineate), but im confident it could do both tires from dead flat at least 1x maybe 2x... hell ill give that a try for kick n giggles.

A good option! I ran a fused SAE connector to the battery, considering the amp draw I went with a 40 amp fuse and 10awg wiring for it.
