What price would make it a good deal?

On FJRforum.com there is a 2013 with 66k miles for only 4k. The one you shared has really low mileage which helps but these bikes go over 100k without breaking a sweat. For many riders it's coming to the end of their riding season. I see the fuel tank is dented and that's about 1k for a painted replacement. Offer them $5800 if serious but I'd probably go to $6500 if everything else checks out.

I hadn't noticed it but that type of lift wouldn't work well with the FJR. Those lifts are better suited to cruisers where the exhaust isn't underneath the bike.

Got the tenere back together after fishing out the rubber cap gasket (black thing below) and replacing the prefilter on the pump. All is good now! original prefilter was discolored but no where close to being clogged by any means.

And here are the clutch push rod, very minimal wear, and realistically with how the slave cylinder is setup to take up any slack the wear wont ever cause an issue. I double ill ever go back in there again to swap parts, though maybe clean and re-grease the O ring as that slides and the surfaces of the ball and two push rods. But that wont be for another 25k miles at least. That stated, glad I did this job, gave me even more confidence in the bike, I was able to verify spec on the main clutch spring, have a look at the clutch plates n basket. Everything looked amazing in there.

I have been though damn near the whole thing. (Though front ES forks are next, going to do slider bushings and seals as preventative at sometime in the next year). So if you get one feel free to hit me up!

That stated, 95% of the work I have done to the bike that wasnt ergonmic/comfort related really wasnt needed for more than peace of mind and doing a once over - just how I operate when I get something new to me.

I got out for a short 31 mile ride today on the bonneville, was only in the 40s. Season is coming to an end for me. The sun is really low in the horizon now and the days are pretty short, it's slowly getting colder now.
a couple of selfies before I headed out.

I stopped by the lake. This is where I started my riding season when I purchased the bike and it may be my last ride.

Sun is really low in the southern hemisphere now.

I got her home and filled it with fuel, lubed the chain and popped it up on the centerstand and plugged in the battery tender. I'm reluctant to cover it for its long winter slumber though. Fingers crossed that I get a warm day on the weekend for another ride.
I really do enjoy this bike. It's a great fit for me. I have no regrets with the purchase.

    BOOOO Riding seasons!

Throw some Startron Enzyme Fuel treatment in the tank for good measure (I know its FI, but with ethanol fuel it really helps combat moisture pickup when stored)

Never a bad idea if the gas ain’t gonna be burned that month. We gots a whole lot of sticky corn up in our gas these days.

I put VP Gas in my dirtbikes, mainly cause I like the smell.. lol, it’s like throwing TNT in your tank…brapp
