I'm pretty sure Rocky MTN has done a full study on the perfect dollar amount for their products they sell because I do the EXACT same thing as you.

I NEED one bit for under 30$.... BUUUUUUT I mean I could grab that other thing and some chain lube etc to get to that 75 ... It's financially responsible that way right?

Awwwwww fawk that sucks I'm sorry dude!

I will always try to set the to-be-put-on tire out in the sun for at least an hour if not two flipping it a few times to heat it up fully. Then I'll at a minimum go for a 5mi ride for some errand to heat up the tire on the bike (sometimes if it's a known to be stubborn tire I'll drop tire pressure in half for that 5 min ride to really heat things up).

Also. Some Ruglyde in a spray bottle def helps.

    Question for the masses.

Any of you guys, or know of someone using Pivot pegs? I like the idea behind them. and they make them for damn near everything. They are pricey and Just wondering on peoples thoughts of them.

To be honest, the most beneficial thing is to get a set of wider/bigger pegs. It will displace your weight on a larger foot print and make you feel overall more stable. I do a lot of hard enduro, and I roll with a standard larger peg that I has some bite.
My favorite are fastway and they are on both the 500 and 250. I have the Black Dogs on the KTM890r which help with the angle and are much wider.

The pivot peg is interesting, and I would like to try it, however with my style of riding I need to have everything rock solid with no movement.

Anyone gone to see see motor coffee or two stroke coffee co in Portland before? Been in town for wife’s birthday/baby moon and am debating hitting one of them up in the morning. From the pics online they look like they’d either be really cool or really lame and i can’t tell which haha

Yeah man, not sure these are the right pegs in this vid for you. But at least it’s a good comparison from stock to something wider. I do like the anodized green bling!
