It's amazing how short the day is. It doesn't even seem real sometimes

I don't remember who here told me to light up the duck, but since the wife was away and I don't want to go outside in the rain I decided to throw some LED's in the duck and wire it to my ignition.

Well it's the first day of winter, shortest day of the year. About 3 months until riding season for me.

It's one of those weld yourself All-Pro racks. I grabbed it for like $300.....so couldn't pass it up

I really wanted one of the Brute Force bed racks that mount inside the bed...but just couldn't swing that cost.

I found a 6ft utility bed not too far from my parents. I'm thinking about grabbing it and then building a slide-in camper. I could leave all my camping crap loaded up and just start using the truck as a camping rig. I priced out the 2x2 aluminum tube/insulation/etc. My only issue is how to skin it.

I managed to ride in to work this morning. 33 degrees but calling for about 45-46 this afternoon when I leave.

Funny thing is that one of our new hires was ahead of me coming down the last 2 miles to our shop and it's a nice somewhat twisty road. He's driving an old PT Cruiser and i caught up to him pretty quickly. He saw me catching up and thought at first it was a cop because of my extra lighting until I got really close and he realized it was a bike. He said he looked down to make sure he wasn't speeding first and then got nervous wondering why I was coming up that fast. I got a good laugh out of it.

That’s crazy, I have a street legal trail 70 and it’s so slow, I would feel much more comfortable zipping around on your bike with the extra power.

On a side note, was the grab bar above the rear fender added by you or was it already there when you got your bike? I’d like to have one :)

The small ones aren't that bad. The 8ft ones typically weigh b/t 400-600lbs. Figure maybe 300-400 for the 6ft'er

i guess that would be close to the oem bed weight would you chop it up a bit to make it more capable for offroad? those things sit pretty low usually

ABSOLUTELY Counts! Love the old honda minis.

I had a chinese remake of a Honda Z50 with a 110cc lifan 4speed manual that I put like 10k Miles with zero issues... that is until a loos chain fell off the rear sprocket and bunched up by the front sprocket and just exploded the case and transmission... that was a sad day.

Was just catching up with posts on this thread and saw the talk about the no-mar. I have to say, mine has paid for itself 30 times over. I even installed my 31in all terrain tires on my Tacoma with it and do car tires for everyone in my family with it and never had a problem.
