That's an awesome tip. Where did you get the syringes?

Something like that. Search for "irrigation syringe" . The curves tip allows you to cut it to make the hole bigger if you wish but the curve really helps with getting under various seals or put grease under things you normally wouldn't be able to get to.

The key is to use a zip tie or something to vent when putting the plunger back jn so that air between the piston and top of the grease is non existent. otherwise you will push some grease out and then let off but the air bubble will still have pressure and grease will still come out.

Went for a fun twisty ride for the first time on the Super Tenere with a friend. I went skiing yesterday and was super sore so definitely wasn't taking the KTM, but man the S10 on the new tires is so much better than I would have ever thought. The roads were wet out and I was planning on taking it easy, but my friend said I was going way faster than I had ever gone on the Versys. The bike is just so easy to ride! The tires made the ride and handling so much better, too. I love these tires.

Also, as soon as I parked the bike at the local bike/car hang out spot, 4 people came over to come check the bike out and poke around it. I've never had anything that drew so much attention.

We've got to plan a weekend to ride. How you like the MSR gear?

For sure! I’ve got to get a hitch carrier, a tag, insurance (and the license endorsement) before I can get on any main roads though. :anonymous:

This particular MSR gear is mostly just adequate. Nothing too exciting, but I like the styling of the shirt compared to a lot of others. The shirt was on clearance for like $10 at RMATV. The pants were also pretty good, but they were waaaaay too small so I sent them back. I would have got a larger pair but since it was closeout they didn’t have any, so I got a pair of Alpinestars that I’m really digging.

I dig it man! Found some boots yet? I just tried to find the best kit I could for the cheapest since I’m new and prolly gonna crash and ruin it at some point. Got a mix-match vibe goin on, but who cares! :jpow:

It's the color. Not that many in that paint scheme around. I've only seen 2 others and one of those was an IBR rider friend of mine.

x2 on this. The color just gives it an old-school throwback vibe. It's awesome

I'd definitely love to hear your thoughts on the Formas! I really want the Low version but have read people complaining that the toe box is too tall on certain Formas and am not sure if that would be an issue on the Evos.

I've been following the prices for a year and have never seen them come down. :(

    EDIT:

Nevermind - these are $80 cheaper than MSRP:

Nice. I didn't even know they made a low version. I'd probably like those better.
