Looking at tomorrow’s weather and it looks like a decent day to take out the Klx for its first proper ride after mods.

XR150L handguards don't fit on the Grom :pout:

The right/brake side fits, just barely, but on the left/clutch side the lever sits out about half a centimeter further than on the XR and interferes with the mounting bracket. Ughhhh. Did some looking around and it'd be impractically expensive to do a swapover of XR lever parts to make it work. I'd need full perch and lever assembly at around another $70 and then the two sides wouldn't match.. so I'd need to do brake master cylinder assembly at $150 plus another $20 or so in lever and bolts/screws/nuts. Doesn't make sense to spend more to make cheap guards work.

Whomp whomp. I was really hoping it'd just bolt up and go, especially after the first one went on just fine.

So, anyone need some cheap XR handguards? I've already assembled and unpacked them and stuff, doesn't seem right to return them, especially since it was a gamble on my fault and not the sellers fault at all.
